As mentioned in Q-1, PGDM course focuses on needed Skills for the Industry and you will keep exhibiting these skills almost throughout the Course. As you start experiencing this environment, you will gradually gain confidence that you WILL obviously get into a Job. Your Focus should be to aim for your dream profile and salary package, rather than worrying about a Job.

Your Elective choice does not depend on your past Academic Qualification alone. It also depends on your future Aspirations, your Strengths, your Priorities and the prevalent market conditions. If you have done B.Com, you would have learnt few subjects related to Accounts and Finance, which are also part of PGDM curriculum. So, you have an edge in these subjects. However, there are many other subjects which are new to you. We sincerely suggest you not to have any pre-determined mindset related to the Elective choice. Engineers are perceived to be good at Numbers. So, the ideal Elective choice for you is Business Analytics. However, as suggested in the Answer for earlier Question, join with an open mind and explore your Strengths. Don’t choose your Elective Stream before joining PGDM.

We accept all the National level Management Entrance Exams’ Scores like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT and ATMA.
